Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By engaging with Thrive & Revive, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline the expectations for our services, payments, and policies. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all our operations.


Clothing Collection & Return Policy

  • Clothing bales must be collected from our business address and returned within 7 days for inspection and approval.
  • Items must be handled with care and returned in the agreed timeframe. Failure to return items within the timeframe may result in exclusion from future opportunities.
  • For Photography & Listing services, proof of listing on an approved platform must be provided within 7 days.


Payment Policy

  • Members are paid £1 per item upon inspection and approval of the returned clothing or verification of listed items online.
  • Payment options include bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.
  • Payments are processed within 48 hours of approval.


4. Grading Policy

We classify our clothing into four key grades to ensure clarity and manage expectations:


Premium Plus

  • Condition: Like-new or new with tags.
  • Wear & Tear: No visible wear, marks, or damage.
  • Brands: Includes high-end high-street brands such as Next, Marks & Spencer, Zara, etc.

Grade A

  • Condition: Excellent second-hand condition, showing minimal signs of wear.
  • Wear & Tear: May have very minor marks that are removable, but should be in near-perfect rewearable condition.
  • Labels: Can include high-street and generic brands, with some missing brand labels but retaining size tags.

Grade B

  • Condition: Good second-hand condition, fully wearable with visible signs of use.
  • Wear & Tear: May include light bobbling, fading, small marks, or minor defects (e.g., missing button, small tear).
  • Purpose: Ideal for resale, upcycling, or export markets.


Returns & Complaints

  • We do not accept returns on Grade A, Grade B, or Unsorted parcels.
  • If you receive an item that does not match the expected grade, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will review your case.


Dispute Resolution

We aim for 100% transparency in our grading system, but as second-hand clothing varies in condition, subjective opinions may differ. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

Return and Refund Policy

General Policy

At Thrive & Revive, we strive to provide clear and transparent clothing grading to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of second-hand clothing, we do not accept returns on most purchases.


Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Grade A, Grade B, and Unsorted parcels – As these are second-hand items, some variation in condition is expected.
  • Clothing that has been washed, altered, or modified after purchase.
  • Bales that have been opened, mixed, or repackaged.


Eligibility for Review

In rare cases where an item is significantly misgraded compared to the agreed description, we will review the complaint on a case-by-case basis.

  • You must report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your items.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  • If approved, we may offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.


Refund Process

If a refund is granted:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 working days via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cash).
  • Refunds will only be processed once the item(s) in question have been reviewed and verified.


Dispute Resolution

We take all feedback seriously and work hard to maintain fair grading practices. However, grading is subjective, and minor variations are to be expected. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue professionally.
