Process Overview
Step 1: Sign-Up
- Sign up to our website via the link below.
- Select the service you wish to support. Check for available slots on the help refresh, list & earn page.
Step 2: Collection
- Pick up a clothing bale from our business location.
- Each bale contains approximately 20 high-quality second-hand items ready for preparation or listing.
Step 3: Your Role
- Once you have selected your slot and have chosen your service,
- Wash & Clean: Refresh and prepare the clothes for resale.
- Photography & Listing: Take high-quality photos and create engaging listings on platforms like eBay and Vinted.
- Work from a location of your choice, at your own pace.
Step 4: Return
- Deliver the refreshed or listed items back to us within 7 days.
Step 5: Payment
- Receive £1 per item for your work, paid promptly once the items meet our quality standards.
How You Get Paid
We make sure getting paid for your work is simple, flexible, and fast. Once your items have been inspected and approved—either after being returned to us or upon providing proof of clothing displayed on a digital platform—we’ll process your payment promptly.
You can choose your preferred payment method:
- Bank Transfer – Securely transfer your earnings directly to your account.
- Cash – Collect your payment in person for immediate access.
- PayPal – A convenient option for quick and easy digital payments.

1. How do I collect the clothing bales?
You can collect the bales from our business address during our operating hours. Each bale contains approximately 20 items for preparation or listing.
2. Can I work from home?
Yes! You can complete the Wash & Clean or Photography & Listing services from a location of your choice.
3. What happens if I can’t return the items within 7 days?
We ask that all items be returned within 7 days to keep the process running smoothly. If there’s an issue, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
4. How much do I earn for each item?
You’ll earn £1 per item, paid upon inspection and approval of the returned items or proof of online listings.
5. What platforms do I list the items on?
For the Photography & Listing service, we use our platforms eBay, Vinted and Facebook Marketplace to reach a wide audience.
6. What if the items I receive are damaged?
We carefully curate the clothing bales to ensure quality. However, if you notice any issues, please let us know immediately so we can resolve it.
7. Can I choose which service I want to do?
Yes, you have the flexibility to choose between our Wash & Clean service or our Photography & Listing service, depending on your preference and skills.
8. What happens if there are no available time slots?
If you’re unable to locate any time slots, this means that all the bales have been booked out with other members of the community. Please don't worry, though, as many more will continue to be posted weekly.
